Among the subjects that will occupy the European notariat in the coming months, the development of the EUFides platform will be the centre of attention, like the proposals for regulations on matrimonial property regimes and the property consequences of registered partnerships. Company law, an ever-evolving area at European level, and the fight against money laundering will also be given particular consideration.
