The EU regulation on succession, which was adopted on 4 July 2012, will lead to significant changes in the area of the international law of succession. It was ratified on 16 August 2012 and will be applied to successions occurring from 17 August 2015.

Implementation and application of the regulation from the Croatian, Czech, Hungarian, Slovakian and Slovenian point of view.
Simultaneous interpretation will be provided in Croatian, Czech, German, Hungarian, Slovakian and Slovenian.
