Regulation (EU) No 650/2012 on international successions will be analysed during the training seminar. As part of the discussions relating to the following topics, case studies will also be examined:

I. Introduction to Regulation on matrimonial property regime and property regime of registered partnerships

II. EU-Regulation on International Successions

III. Presentation and discussion of case studies in regard to the Regulation on Succession

IV. Implementation and application of the regulation in Czech and Polish law


Simultaneous interpretation will be provided in Czech, German and Polish.
